His global career spans key trading hubs like London and New York, with senior roles including seven years as Senior Portfolio Manager at Investors Mutual Limited (IML) and five years leading pan-European funds, as well as three years leading Global Small cap funds, with BT Funds Management. Monik’s leadership has earned industry recognition, including Money Management’s Fund Manager of the Year for Australian Equities in 2002 and 2003 and Emerging Manager of the year Global Equities in 2020.
